Operation of Tianjiu NJP-3200 Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

1) Check that all signal lights are functioning properly and close the glass machine door. Turn the main power switch SB10 from OFF to ON, the indicator lights HL4 and HL5 will light up, and the frequency converter will also display accordingly.

2)Fully automatic capsule filling machineStart the vacuum pump motor M2 first, press the vacuum start switch SB1, the indicator light HL1 will light up, HL4 will dim, and the vacuum pump motor will run. Check the direction of motor rotation during the first startup, and if the direction is incorrect, switch the power phase sequence.

3) The operating state of the main motor is divided into two states: jog operation and continuous operation.

a. Start the main motor M1, press the main motor start switch SB3, the indicator light HL3 is on, HL5 is off, and the main motor is running. When the vacuum pump motor is not started or the machine's movable door is open, the main motor cannot start and only waits for electric operation

b. When the main motor is operated by inching, press the main motor inching switch SB6, and the indicator light HL3 will light up, which means it will be dark

When the machine is running, release the main engine and jog SB6. The indicator light HL5 will light up, HL3 will dim, and the main motor will stop running. The first startup should be done first .

Continuous operation can only be carried out after jogging.

4) Variable frequency drive speed regulation. After the main motor starts, pressing the variable frequency drive (△) button will switch from low speed to high speed operation

The frequency converter displays the corresponding frequency or the number of capsules filled per minute.

5) Fully automatic capsule filling machine feeding control

a. Manual control of feeding, press the manual feeding switch SB2 once, the indicator light HL2 will light up, the feeding motor will run, and feeding will be done once.

b. Automatic control of feeding, the amount of medicine in the hopper is automatically controlled by a capacitive sensor. After adjusting the height of the infectious agent according to the instructions, the feeding motor will automatically operate to control the powder in the hopper. After the medicine is used up, the main motor will automatically stop.

6) When an immediate shutdown is required, the emergency stop SB0 can be pressed, and the machine will immediately stop and lock itself. The self-locking of the emergency stop switch can only be turned on after the fault has been resolved. ..

7) The four doors of the fully automatic capsule filling machine have door control switches for opening and closing. When a door is opened or not tightly closed, the machine cannot be started and can only be operated by tapping.

8)Fully automatic capsule filling machinePress the stop button on the main unit when adjusting the loading amount. Stop the machine first and adjust the preset height of the filling rod. Only after adjusting it can the main engine start button be activated
